Just as Noitora said.
If you really want to see a game translated, than you have do it yourself. Because all translators work only o the games they like.
That's why only a few games listed here getting translated.
Too bad that there are only a few people out there translating DS games.

I saw that another member created a request thread about this elsewhere, but apparently there were problems with it late last year - so here's another, new, request in the hopes that whatever prevented the game being translated before might not be such a problem any more.

Unfortunately that's not really the case.

Nanashi no Game doesn't use a nice simple NFTR font, and isn't encoded in Unicode or Shift-JIS (at least I don't think it is). The game uses all sorts of different fonts for different parts of the game, all of which are stored repeatedly in each file for each part of the game. There's a simple kana-only font for the bits in the "cursed game" itself, specific kana and kanji for the TS interface used as a menu and for receiving mail, and most trickily a large "sidewise" font for the main segments played with the DS rotated which aren't in a standard tile size as far as I can see. It's the latter that cause real difficulties, as not only do you have to construct a table for the sideways fonts (which is a nightmare with all those kanji) but then fanny around repainting the tiles etc. etc. - plus you probably need to ASM hack the game to implement VWF.

So there's a lot of fiddling around constructing tables to even dump the text, some tricky coding with the sideways font, blah blah blah blah. It's too much hassle for anyone to do without a concerted team effort if you ask me. The old thread was closed because people were bumping it just to ask if there was any progress when it's clear there wasn't.

Ok, I might have some time to do some J-E translation work. I will only work under the following conditions though:

-No RPGs (Too much text, usually requires familiarity with older games in the series to get a good translation)
-No "Interactive novel" type stuff. Again, too much text to translate, and I don't have that much time (unless you want to wait 1year+ for a finished translation)
-Only games that are old (1 year+) or definitely wont get an official localized version
-Project needs to have an able rom hacker on board that's capable of integrating the translations
-(Not required: Native English speaker for proofreading a plus)

Also, this is a fun, challenging, open project for anyone to take it...
and it has been fairly requested, the money is an extra, not trying
to offend or insult anyone.

I played the first part of Game Center, and it's a really cool
Neo Old-School game... it is a shame that XSEED wont bring the
second part to US.

Please, help gamers translating this excellent game.
