WOW! i can hardly believe this is a fan project... they aren't making ANY money from this? that's impressive... i really wish it was in English though... oh well as long as there are subtitles...

I am downloading NehrimInstall_1.0.7.5_EN.exe right now.

I went to the English portion of the web site so maybe its in English too?

I haven't really tried this out myself, but according to one of my friends, it's really well done.

And on the language subject, the voices are always in German but everything else is in English if you get the English version (there are subtitles for the voices, too).
