Hacking O3DS 9.2.0-20U- MenuHax 2.2 unable to download payload

I have internet connection turned on, but it's hanging at "Requesting the actual payload URL with HTTP". Never goes pass this.

I tried placing the file directly on the root of the SD card, but not sure if I'm naming it correctly or got the correct file.

My 03DS (non-XL) was originally on 10.6 and I downgraded it to 9.2.0.20U.

"ropbinpayload_menuhax_USA12288_old3ds.bin" - is this the correct file name menuhax is looking for?

Can someone confirm that the menuhax payload URL (whatever it is) is working properly?
