NUT GUI USB and Network installer for Tinfoil and SX Installer

Easiest way is to just download nut.exe to the directory where your NSP's are, and start it. Will install NSP's from your PC to the switch via USB or network connection. The games will show up on the switch (in the "new games" section) to install, the PC client is just a dumb server. Default username and password is guest/guest for network install.

# USB Install

Run server.py or Windows users can use the precompiled nut.exe in the release section.

Follow the directions found in the release page to install the USB driver.

After you run the server, ensure NSP's are visible in the list. If they are not, change the path and click the "scan" button.

Connect your USB cable from your switch to your PC.

Start Tinfoil or SX Installer, and all of the NSP's listed in nut server should now be available to install in Tinfoil or SX Installer.

# Network Install

Run server.py or Windows users can use the precompiled nut.exe in the release section.

After you run the server, ensure NSP's are visible in the list. If they are not, change the path and click the "scan" button.

Start Tinfoil or SX Installer, then go to locations, then select "Add New" location. Enter the ip, port, username, and password that is displayed in the nut server application, then press save.

All of the NSP's listed in nut server should now be available to install in Tinfoil or SX Installer.

I can connect to the server over network but not all my games are showing. Also when I try to install a game, it says "Failed to open NSP" Is there any reason this might be happening? Thanks

Any way to uninstall and reinstall Lib usbk drivers? USB install wont work for either Awoo installer or Tinfoil using NS USB loader and NUT. But tegrarcmgui recognizes my switch and I can enter CF

Thanks, I tried that file already but it's no worries. I found that the problem was that USB loaders aren't working correctly on cfw 0.16.0 yet.

compiled python code routinely shows up as a false positive. You are free to download and run the source itself. The exe is just provided as a convenience so people do not have to setup a python environment to run the app.

Someone give me a hand with a couple stupid quesitons? I have everything installed atmospere and tinfoil...I have installed nut on a laptop i have but it will not show that the switch is connected, is windows keep this from happening and if so what can i do to change it? I ran it as administrator but it still would nt recognize the switch.

I also was trying to run Nut from an older computer but it gave me an error when trying to run it.

Can someone give me hand on how to get this running? I appreciate it.

Also is this all i need. What is this keys.txt that someone was talking about a few pages back?

thanks

You do not need keys.txt. Your issue is likely that you did not follow the readme and install the driver.
