Hacking Ns-atmosphere really need help

I'm sorry to have to write but I'm already a week trying to make work.
I have a switch at 6.2.0 without the exfat microSD format activate. I have the ns-atmosphere dongle update with the last version of the website. When I try to make run (with the switch off and the dongle in) nothing happens. I tried with the microSD on exfat and FAT32 and the archives for the 6.2 inside the microSD.
The thing is that, when I try to make run, for a millisecond the light go to pink (as mean reading) but the switch just stay with the screen off. Will appreciate your help. Thanks

Yes, it is. For a millisecond the dongle get on pink (like reading) but nothing happen. The archives in are the ones from the official page

You need to flash another payload to it. Don't use the one that comes with the stick but flash another one to it. It has a tutorial how to do it on that website

You checked if your switch is unpatched? If it's unpatched, try to inject it from your computer or smartphone. Also do you have the correct payload on your dongle?

You're sure ur in rcm ? Also when using tegra rcm, did you install the driver pop up thingy ?

Yes, the program show as green and show as send the playload

And you have the proper files of the payload ur sending on your sd card formatted as fat32 ? You upgraded officially to 6.2 (if so use exfat and try that ) if that all is set up correct check the factory number of your switch if it's a patched one or not
