Don't think so, it's too early.
It will probably we 3.1 or even better, 3.2.

Speaking as someone who got their Wii only a couple of months ago I'd guess 3.3 or 3.4 as mine had 3.3 on it. Unless you get your Wii from somewhere which has got really old stock I doubt you're likely to get lower than that

I got my Wii in October last year, got it with 3.1.

IOS36 is installed on the place of IOS249 so they are basically the same
(OK, there are some differences, but that doesn't matter now)
If your not going to use the USB loader, install cIOS36rev8 else choose IOS36rev9
cIOSCorp and Softmii can be found on the Softmii site http://softmii.org (under downloads)
Softmii is basically a package with a guide and all software needed for it
It includes cIOSCorp (disc channel backups), preloder (brick protection,...) and backups (both gc and wii).
I think the latest version includes the USB loader too
An alternative for Softmii is Miiwii (made by D-Jay) and can be found on this site (even this board). I didn't install it, but it seems to be easier to understand and too install. BUT I has less features and doesn't contain all the files as it is hosted on this site.
i used the video from youtube Solution to Black and white screen on wii (using Any Region Changer)tj_cool said:alright, so you cant see the HBC
is that the only thing you cant view?
and you used a video, which one?
KaizokuDawg said:I have a question about the WAD Manager and Wii in general:
What happens if you accidentally install more wads than you have space for?
Earlier I was doing some installing and then when I went back to the system menu it said I was out of space and jumped right to the data management menu. I went to move some channels to my SD card and the first one was ~300 blocks but after moving it I still had 0 blocks free. The second one was ~150 blocks and when it was done I had ~124 free blocks or so. It seems like my installs were all fine.Ive never had the issue come up before and it perplexed me enough to inquire about it since I thought the install would simply not work if I didn't have enough blocks so I just kept installing for a while before going to the system.
So I'm basically asking:
Does the Wii have an extra space that the wads get installed to when you run out of blocks?

Bumping my question from a few pages back.
No you don't have some extra space, that's why the Wii took you to uninstall something to release some space and the main menu could work again as normal...!!![]()

Yes, if they are unproperly packed
