Ok I was rooting my Inspire with the Hack-ace Kit and when "Tidying Up" CMD just closed and my phone restarted and I assumed it was finished. Now my phone won't boot. Is there any way to fix this?

1. Did you flash ClockworkMod Recovery before this happened?
2. Can you get into the recovery menu? (hold Vol Down while booting)

From HBoot, you could try Recovery, see if that leads anywhere you can flash the stock ROM, if not, Factory Reset may also help.

Guess you're fucked, my friend.

Everything I can find on unbricking uses Clockwork. I don't know why anyone would take the risk of hacking without Clockwork.

I'd suggest asking on a more knowledgeable forum, such as xda.
