You can't take this arrest as an indication that Nintendo are suddenly on the warpath, this one fell right into their laps - the uncensored receipt with the store name on it, a guy boasting about dumping it using his normal nick which was tied to all kinds of personal information...

You'll notice you don't et people coming on public message boards saying "Hi, I'm from Xenophobia" or anything, groups even stopped crediting people by nick in nfos ages ago when you used to have scrollers saying "Supplied by xxxx, cracked by xxxx"
