they never never seem to realize that a game not pirated =/= a game sold.


when are they gonna attack used game sales? i own a ton of games but only like 5 of them i bought in a retail store. the rest i got used locally. don't they lose more money that way?

Well, the difference between pirating a game and buying a used, is the person who made the game already got money for the used game, seeing as someone purchased it before they traded it in. Pirating, they don't see any of it, though they probably wouldn't have seen it anyway.
