I'm trying to update de 2DS of my youngest daughter to 9.4.x but i get an error

"An error has occured.
The systemupdate can't be performed.

The system gonna be rebooted"

Anyone other has problems updating/accessing the e-shop?
Is there a way to check if Nintendo has network problems are not?
