So, after checking those sources Badge Arcade app grabs data from and comparing them to
this dump from metaboss and the latest dumps from spongeabc5, I created some sort of "ultimate" database of badges.
It is based on data for JPN region, as there's most likely no any EUR/USA-exclusive badges, as far as I know.
This collection consist of 113 sets and 8572 unique badges (10374, if you count mega badges' tiles as individual badges). That should be every single badge in existence, if I ain't wrong.
You can download it here, if you want:

Badges are in PNG format, as usual. All 113 badge sets' icons in BCLIM format are also included.
To be honest, I think that it would be better and easier to manage badges and sets if Advanced Badge Editor could use PRBS and CABS files for badges and sets data respectively.
Those are official formats, they have practically all of the data, including names, both 64x64 and 32x32 tiles, badge and set's IDs and also Title IDs for shortcut badges.
Just my opinion, though.
Of course, since there's probably not much time left until Badge Arcade's servers are dead for good, I hope too that there will be a way to create a custom server of some sort in the future.
Basically, something similar to Mistery Machine server spoofer for Pokemon games.
Not only it'd help to preserve Badge Arcade in its original form, but also could be the only way to play it again for those unfortunate souls that got hit by Ninty's mighty banhammer.
Yeah, one can only dream…
P.S. I'm sorry if this can be considered as a useless necrobump.
