Restoring the Trucha Bug (taken from the stickied guide)
Run MMM [Multi-Mod Manager]
On the main menu, go down to select Install & Patch IOS36 and press A.
Choose Express Mode and press A.
Press any button to return to the main menu.
After that you can use MMM to install wads using your trucha'd IOS36.

I'd modify that to say read as many guides from reputable sources as possible. There are way too many really really bad guides out there that can brick you if followed.
