Homebrew New to themeing my Wii, homebrew channel specifically

Has anyone attempted to download the "HBCtheme Dolphin.png" in the wiibrew.org . The theme inspired by the GameCube IPL. It didn't work at first, but after many attempts, found out

1. The contents that contain the pictures for the theme to work are supposed to be zipped in order to even appear in HBC. And the .xml file is suppose to say "meta.xml" but it says "theme.xml." Both wasn't done right, so I did it manually. Now it appeared within HBC
2. It's missing an icon png
3. It's missing most of the contents that's suppose to make the words, weirdly the pictures of changing everything works. But like the words are all missing

Is this it? Like I really like it and want it to work. Was it finished or did I mess up?

here's the theme in correct folder structure but with no HBC icon (you can add your own).
unzip to your SD card as is.
I haven't tried it, but would be shocked if there was any problem with it as the contributor (Extrems) is a giant in the world of gamecube homebrew development, and the site for dload is also very reputable for content.

oh yes! It did work this time! and as you said, everything was correctly placed in the folders. Theres words and everything works, thank you! Although I have a feeling I did something wrong or whatever. If its no my end, they really gotta update that specific one on wiibrew.org . Again much appreciation
