And you find normal to see where these files are available ?
(in a WAREZ website with membership)

Also normal to find inside his pack, the YSMenu ready to use?
(Ysmenu creator never accepted somebody who doing that)

I agree that we shouldn't get into revenge or even mention certain names. We should quietly make certain files easy to find and available to the larger community. You can't argue with that.

I'm not saying I agree with his metohds either, because in my opinion, what he's doing is admirable. He's doing it wrongly though. A moderator clearly said no, but he's all skippy over it. Admiration goes a long way but doing it wrongly against the rules sours it.

How is that? It's not copyrighted material is it? So please enlighten my on how I will be hurt. I' really love to know. I'm not even breaking any rules set down by the mods. One more thing. If the game industry can keep people from uploading roms how could someone be so arrogant to think a few non copyrighted game card files aren't going to end up all over the place. They're already everywhere even without my help. Tell you what I'll stop distributing these files when Yasu's files are removed from the package.

We can't actually tell you the site, as it contains ROMs. Just do a Google search for "YSMenu + TTMenu v6.38 " and you should find the site.

I wonder if nintendo asked politely to close this entire website as it is loaded with homebrew, hacks, mods, and stuff that encourage using non-nintendo software and tips off about piracy, will the mods/owners comply peacefully... retro has really godly powers to take the mods on his side, as leaving here and making us register on his page will cause some ppl to never comeback to gbatemp for info or what ever. even more if we canot update if a new release has been made.

Im with retro somewhat (before you start flaming) it's his work and IM REALLY thankfull he keeps on working and in an utopic world his work should only be posted with his permission, but yeah this is the internet... at least he gets credit 90% of the time when some one re uploads the files I think that is a REALLY big step. I hope that explains my opinion... while I think he has all the reasons to did what hes doing, he is not taking the right path... or what I think is the right path.

I'd suggest to leave Retro alone for now. He'sw working hard, I like his work a lot.
