Hacking New DSi update mysterious

I'm not sure if it's relevant, but there's an update to the browser in the store. Does that relate to the DSi update?

I can't find the update for the DSi browser

Actually, if it were 1.5 it would have taken longer. It took about 45 seconds, but actually updated something...

Well, I have an European DSi and I can confirm there's an update. If you choose accept, it takes 30-45 seconds and then is says it's ready. The version number is the same and I can't find things that are updated, also no updates in the Shop.
