Gaming Need US address for xbox gold subscription

Hey guys,

I am facing the 'cant change country/region' problem right now.

Bought the console in the UK and just got a 13 months gold subscription, but I cant change the country/region in the contact information, thus preventing me from redeeming my code.

I do not wanna recreate a new gamertag. So i guess my only option left is to 'fake' a US address.

Help will be greatly appreciated~

call microsoft up they have a freephone number it should be somewhere in your subscription pack or get it off the net and explain the situation and they will talk you through it

Don't call MS, I spent a week calling and sending faxes to them for the same problem. They could hardly speak English, it was awful and never got fixed
