Hacking need help getting my r4i card to work. please help!!!

hello
i bought a r4i today of someone on gumtree, this one --> http://www.hk-binyang.com/bigpic/63/84/20090519143100.jpg
and i cant get it to load a game. the menu comes up but when i click on a game i want to play it wont go past the loading screen. iv been to so many different sites and have downloaded so many different kernels and but just cant find the one that work.
i have a nintendo ds lite.
someone please help me

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
