Hacking Need help for update R4 SDHC

Hi i want to update my R4, my card label Read as follows:

New, R4, SDHC, 3DS DSi, www.r4isdhc.com, Dual-Core, Smart update
(the "new" is in a red spiky bubble)

First thing done is going to the label link www.r4isdhc.com but found out that my card is discontinued... so i want the latest firmware and kernel (for 1.4.5 DSi firmware) so i started a search. After a long google search ,i found this link http://www.r4isdhc.hk/download_white_new2013/index.htm which i think it's the oficial (Chinese) site but links are broken for this page. Do someone have some links to mirrors of those files? but please be certain those are the files for my model.

On another tough can i use the files of another model? like the ones of the "2013" spiky bubble? last ting i want is another brick so please be sure whit this...

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
