nds-bootstrap:

Thanks to the work of ahezard, Gericom, Apache, Robz8, _catcatcat, and shutterbug2000 and other contributors, we can now load NDS games from the SD card, without any flashcard/SLOT-1 card.

Don't expect high compatibility, but do expect many, many updates.

I have tested it in the latest OFFICIAL release, and it doesn't work (white screen). Haven't tested the latest unofficial commit, though.

Ok yes the latest commit in the card branch works better now, a new release is coming soon. But usually do not use them and particularly from branches, they are there for unstable stuff.

Just tried Metroid Prime Hunters First Hunt with that unofficial commit and it shows the logos and plays the intro movie, albeit slowly, and apparently stays in a black screen/has long loading times. Haven't tried that game in the official release because I first tried it with the unofficial one. Tried UMK DS too, but it's in the same state as before (black screen).

No, it doesn't crash just becomes much, much slower (probably because of this fancy real-water-like algorithm implemented in SM64) but I believe the future updates will fix this soon! So much hype and kinder buenos!

This question may sound funny, but you have some place where you have that commit you mention? I may give a try to see if some games that booted but weren't playable/didn't boot work in that version.

Still gives me an error but I turned on error display in Luma and this is what I got when I went into settings/profiles/ds profile and it crashed

Well with one of the latest commit @89d1bf1 I can play SM64DS (U), Mario and Luigi-Partners in Time (U).
