Yes and no.
Yes because in Dream world when you get pokemon from there and they are sent to your DS, you use that place to catch them.
It is also used for local wireless to do missions to get stuff for Black City and White Forrest

it depends on what residents you have their which has something to do with the entralink which is still yet to be out.

no,you can only transfer pokemon from the games(like pal park) and the pokemon wont be able to go back

Its the ability of the pokemon,it will show its form as the last pokemon on your team until it gets hit.This is used to fool players on wifi most of the time.

Normally I use my spare DSTwo to trade pokémon to and from my Japanese/English pokémon games, but my spare DSTwo is on loan to my mum, who right now should be on a flight to Hawaii.

Anyhow, point is I can't get the union room to work on a clean japanese black rom, both Wood R4 1.28 and AKAIO 1.8.6a are failing me.

Do the english roms work? I get the feeling the japanese union room has been neglected.

Edit: Entralink stuff works fine, it's the union room that crashes.

Edit: Put J rom on DSTwo, E rom on Acekard 2i, and traded fine.

It looks like AKAIO 1.8.6a doesn't support Union room on a clean Black (J) rom, someone should let Normatt know?

I think theres 7 different fossils he could give you, so the amber would be in 1/7 chance of getting it
