Is there any reputable dealer that sells replacement top cases for the N3DS?

I see that nintendo has the backplates for sale, even for the LEs, which is pretty freakin sweet. Made me wonder if anywhere sells the top cases.

Also, is there anywhere to get the backplates for cheaper than nintendo sells them? $9-12 isn't bad at all, but that $5 shipping is a bit up there. Just want to weigh my options :D
