Hacking N3DS browserhax save files

i have searched the forum for this but no luck..

long story short my N3DS was previously hacked via broswerhax and the usual additional programmes used.
i upgraded to the boot9strap hack which is so much nicer to use,
i done a back up of the sd card before doing the new hack but i had quite a few saved games on the broswerhax emunand, is there any way to get the save files from the back up i made and move them to the sd card again so the games are where i left them?
or did i jump the gun and should of done something before replacing the hack?

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar

    Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

    Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
