Hacking N3DS browserhax save files

i have searched the forum for this but no luck..

long story short my N3DS was previously hacked via broswerhax and the usual additional programmes used.
i upgraded to the boot9strap hack which is so much nicer to use,
i done a back up of the sd card before doing the new hack but i had quite a few saved games on the broswerhax emunand, is there any way to get the save files from the back up i made and move them to the sd card again so the games are where i left them?
or did i jump the gun and should of done something before replacing the hack?

If you still have the SD card that was used in the system follow https://3ds.guide/move-emunand

If you don't have it anymore and you didn't make a backup of the emuNAND (through Decrypt9 or GodMode9 etc) then you won't be able to use those save files anymore.
