Hacking My SD Card crashed

Hey Guys, I'm having a bit of trouble right now.

My System is: New3DS
My Firmware is : Sys 11.4.0-37E

I updated to Luma 7.1 last week and everything worked fine.
Today i put my SD Card in my PC to copy over some files when windows showed me a weird file ("USBC░? b" size: ~3.8GB). I googled and found out that my files somehow corrupted.
I pulled it out and put it back in and windows said I need to format it.
I unfortunately haven't done a backup of my SD card with the new Luma firmware.
The only backup i have is from a few month ago while i was still using ReiNand.
Can i somehow get all the files i need back on my SD card?

just copy over your old backup and then copy over the boot.firm from luma 7.1...
