3ds sd card format

My 3ds 64gb sd card files turned into raw files. But I managed to fix it. So should I backup my sd card files and format it or should I keep on using it.

In this situation backup the files , format and test the SD card and then replace files back to SD card

Why don't you say what you did to fix it? It's kind of difficult to provide further advice otherwise.

So should I backup my sd card files and format it or should I keep on using it.

Do you want to take the risk that you won't be able to fix it next time something goes wrong? Especially when new cards are inexpensive?

I used testdisk to fix the bad sectors
