My rd card is not working 2021

2 problems
I have recently bought a 502 games in 1 but some of the game are showing as ds program file and if I started I it would show a white screen.
2) when I play a game that works during the loading phase it freezes and I only can escape it by pressing the home button

Get a new SD card, then download your kernel: https://flashcard-archive.ds-homebrew.com/Ace3DS+_R4iLS, extract it to root.

You seem to be using the SD card that came with it, which has been known to kill itself in under a month.
