My R4i RTS 3ds does run on N3ds 11.0.033E but does not run on 9.2 CFW Luma ...
Is this normal ?

(I'd like it better on the N3ds, but the card does not 'click in' correct ...)

No, it's not normal: but have you enabled the TwlBg patches, which are incompatible with many directly launched DS/i games?
