I got the translation installed, but only main menu is translated, the rest of the game still in Japanese..

I suggest ReiNX. It's the best CFW out there.
Get "ReiNX 1.2" + "TomGers SDFiles v801"

LayeredFS is a system module, yes. You need "fs_mitm.kip" as well as a fsmitm.flag-file inside ReiNX/titles/"myHeroAcademia-TitleID".

not sure. Because "GUI" is a directory, you should've clicked Directory.
But this is just to delete temporary stuff.
Just test the pak created with the heroscript.

so I got the pakfile inside some folders
what I did :
paste the sxfolder from hero_patch
to root of my sd card
still japanese

do I need to update the game?

your pak-file should be in path:
"SD:/sxos/titles/TITLEID-HERE/romfs/HeroGame/Content/Pak" if I remember right.

Probably you should switch the CFW. SXOS sucks

So, i have "fs_mitm.kip" on sysmodules folder from ReiNX and also the contents from hero_patch on my sd card (ReiNX/titles/titleid), but the game is still in japanese.

have you added a "fsmitm.flag" inside "Reinx/titles/-MyHeroAcademia-TitleID-/"?
You'll need that when using ReiNX
