I have no idea what you are on about.
CCleaner is good for alot of things.
Like removing history, temp files etc.
I use it to uninstall programs because it has faster loading up times then Microsoft's uninstaller

I use REVO Uninstaller when it comes to uninstalling things. It removes everything of the program, rather then just the installation folder.
Works like a charm here, don't know how it compares to CCleaner, but I'm very happy with REVO.

Well how about TuneUp Utilities runs on just about anything from win98 to win7 can turn off unwanted startup programes, speedup windows explorer and internet explorer defrag your drive remove
un-needed registries fix up security leaks windows doesnt tell you about and more
