So, it's a brand new (I'm lying, it's pretty old actually) skin tester =).
What is so spiffy about this skin tester apart from the fact that it isn't finished whatsoever and that the final product may not end up EXACTLY like what you see in the tester? Of course, this one is html/css based =D.
This skin tester was originally made for the M3Sakura by Gatsu80 and it's thanks to his work that I could even change it for my own devious intentions. For the most part though, I just added some stuff, rearranged some stuff, and made his skin viewer a little more organized...though I might have made a mess with the html/css stuff (never formally learned any of it).

It's very much WIP and will likely change, but hopefully the final product will be a fairly accurate representation of a Moonshell2 theme on a DS. I also included a Moonshell2 font (.ttf) which may or may not work with your browser (works on my computer at home, but doesn't at school, so dunno what to do about that), but supposing that it does, a variety of the lines are pixel perfect because I'm picky like that. At the moment, the MoonMemo List option is unavailable because I haven't made it yet and I still need to add all of the stuff that I can from the colortbl.ini to the css, but otherwise it is fairly usable.
Oh...and btw, this can test splash animations as well (even has some nifty little things like being able to change the starting frame, ending frame, and frames per second in real time), though it won't do the impossible, so 999 fps isn't going to be different from 500 fps or something.

    Special Thanks:
-Gatsu80 (Wouldn't have done this without his work to build on)
-Basher11 (Requesting a moonshell2 theme after my computer decided to die and forced me to use Ubuntu)
