According to the reviews on this forum, and elsewhere, there should be a wealth of information about Moonshell. I can't find anything that's in anything but broken English and with limited visual aid.

Here's my problem, and I suspect I just have false expectations.

The default 1.71 skin has a quasi-Vista look, but I imagine the start button and the taskbar button are just for looks and aren't expected to do much of anything. Then I have a folder list in the top pane. If I had any media, I imagine I could select it and... maybe? it would start playing?

I've seen screenshots of other implementations around, and it SEEMS as though some of them have nice big obvious buttons in the touch screen (audio, video, book, etc) and that you should be able to click those to get to predefined media folders (perhaps in locations specified in an XML file?). But I don't see any buttons like that. Am I just imagining things? Is this all I'm supposed to see is a directory listing of my root?

Maybe I've installed it wrong...

Yes, if you have any media, you are to find it using the file browser on the top screen and run it by selecting it and pressing A.

The "buttons" and what not are merely for aesthetics, they do not do anything else.

Ah, OK. That's the trouble with screenshots, eh?

I realize I could just answer this myself, but I'm not in the mood for wrangling my SD card out of its slot; one more question--

If my media list is long enough, will it scroll down into the bottom screen? Or is the bottom screen always just an empty placeholder?

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
