So no one knows crap, Ap patch, txt file, bad dump, Nand save, all just guesses, let's just wait for a oficial word or someone that actually knows about what's happening.

Nice guess, but that won't be it. The update that comes with MH4 is 5.1.0

if that would be the case, I hope Gateway is making that firmware to suport this game, I really want to play it and we all need homebrew for this one for cheats of course

excuse me if i am a noob at this, but that means?
Normal games using ROM chip (Read Only Memory) for storing data + save chip. There's 1 single game exist which uses one NAND chip for both storing data and saving - Animal Crossing. Gateway currently doesn't support it.

i'm thinking the ROM was possibly nuked..as even on the "scene" with the "ds" releases it has yet to show up there...and googling NFO scene name gets nowhere...perhaps it was removed because it's a bad dump?..which a lot of bad dumps or NUKE / DUPED releases get immediately pulled if a mistake happened
i was joking, but sure it may be the case. but for ds games etc, people would say it would not work for some reason or other, and of course, if they have a dump of the game, then they should have the original too, so, try dumping it again :) (but the joke is since people pirate, so yeah, and we can't dump our own games yet :()
but oh hmm.. maybe it just takes a while for it to show up? or is every single other release instantly up on scene sites?

It could also have actual AP, it was pretty common for DS games to have it after flashcarts showed up. Eventually games will start to think of AP.

I think this may be a test before Pokemon X and Y to see if the AP works and if they will work their way around it.

I totally with you on this. This is just a way to check the anti-piracy measure for use on Pokemon X and Y; if the Gateway team cracks the anti-piracy measure, then Nintendo will use a "Plan B" anti-piracy measure. If Gateway cannot crack the measure, then this anti-piracy measure will be used for future games.

It's only one month left to release date... I think is too late for a "Plan B".

They might already have another one that they aren't going to use unless they are forced to. After all, why would Nintendo dedicate all of their team's efforts to just 1 anti-piracy measure???
