Konami has warned players to not play Mission 29 and 42 because of potential save corruptions.
If you're near those mission DO NOT USE QUIET AS YOUR BUDDY OR YOUR SAVE WILL BE CORRUPTED.
At the moment, Konami is making a fix for it but for now its the best to not use her in the missions.
