Bah... I checked it and it doesn't seem like it's compatible with Wood R4 loaders, but I could be wrong... Not very familiar with a lot of files...

LOL I would be fine with not going to Wifi.... My Wifi's kind of iffy for my DS.

Not to knock menudo or anything, but what exactly can it do that can't already be done with modern firmware and a bit of homebrew?
Other than the automated "Now playing/recently played" list/sig via wifi thing.
And I guess automatic save backups?
Think there was a chat client too?

It's been a long, long time since this project was announced and it was pretty awesome sounding, but I think a lot of the features back then come standard in most firmware or is easily added with homebrew now.

I suppose the fact that it includes all this stuff in one package is rather handy.

This looks pretty awesome. If it supports Wood R4 and allows for Wood R4 Updates without having to reinstall everything, running .gba files from the firmware and not from like GBA Exploader or whatnot, and has any themes to download when it's first released (If I like. If I can't find any I like, I don't count any to be available for download), then I'm all for it.

*Will still be all for it even if I'm forced to get GBA Exploader and there aren't any themes other than the default*

Actualy, posting the leak would not be against the rules - If you look at an above link, people were told that they could share the builds.
Once a license has been given, it cannot be revoked.
Here's the thing, the leak didn't come from the few donators builds that have actually been issued

Would it be uber bad if I downloaded the 'leaked menudo' just to see if it really WAS menudo? I mean, I seriously don't want menudo right this moment, since I'm fine with Wood R4, but still....

I agree. I even tried to make myself an GNA-account yesterday. Menudo looks nice, although I still don't really understand what it's supposed to do and on what card it's going to work. Maybe I'll even become a donor, it can't be that expensive.

You know I have to be honest with you guys, I think someone said it before, but if people are so desperate to get this, maybe it's about time it is finally released.
I mean after 2 years and then 3 months of it being promised to us, I can see why people would really just take anything they can get just to at least try it.

Yeah this is part of the reason we aren't ready for a leak or official release yet, there are still bugs to be ironed out both server and client end.
While promises were made for donators, (and I really can't comment too much on that, although IMO they should be upheld), nothing is really finished yet.

People with the leaked beta may have noticed that there are some options greyed out (or not present at all, depending which version).

To be honest I can't even use the WIFI feature since homebrews won't work on my router.
But I am still going to wait for the release.

EDIT: Also don't just pass the buck to iFish. I don't think he was the one who leaked it, he didn't even send it to me when I asked (I wasn't totally serous) But I don't think it was him.
