Nice work. How can i update winrar, poweriso and 7-zip to the latest version? I mean on the mini windows 10 iso file. Can i just copy over the updated versions to \programs? How about the registry entries?

Yes, just replace the apps with updated portable versions. You can add registry keys by putting them in the /System/Registry/ folder on the root of the drive.
Not to my knowledge, that's a Ventoy developer question. It's Open-source, so you could always modify it to not say it if you'd prefer.

I don't know what to say, I haven't come across that problem. Did you disable your antivirus' real-time scanning upon USB flashing? Because if not, it will screw up the portable applications due to flagging them as false-positives, and weird errors can occur as a result.

Could you update the media creation instructions for Linux / macOS?
I've tried different settings these last few releases and flashing is several times faster (a few minutes vs up to a few hours) by replacing ibs=512 obs=4096 with simply bs=4096. I also got a macOS machine in my hands, and I was able to test the correct way to flash a drive.
Linux:
/dev/sdx being your USB flash drive. Replace x with the correct letter (find it with lsblk).
macOS:
Unmount the disk first:
Then you can flash the image:
/dev/disk# being your USB flash drive. Replace # with the correct number (find it with diskutil list).
