Got mine today :) (Didnt even hear it come!)
Works awesomely!
You get a little CD with it to install the drivers on (Which I was worried about at first, cause I wasnt sure the CD could be inserted in my laptop cause the hole seemed too small, but it did actually fit and if it doesnt fit for you, you can just put it in a computer that it does fit on, copy the exe file onto it and put it on a USB then put it on whatever you want to install it on.
Just tried it on Borderlands 2 now using the Xinput mode and works like a dream, all the buttons work and they actually changed the buttons round, so as BL2 supports 360 controller, I was wondering like when it says to press A, would that be B on the Pro controller, or A on the pro controller, and they actually changed it to A which is neat. It'll take me a while to get rid of the muscle memory for the 360 controller, ha ha, but I guess its less confusing that way.
Gonna try my 360 controller on it later too, just to see if they can both work on it, and also if they can work simultaneously, as apparently sonic all star racing transformed can support splitscreen which I'd like to do with 2 controllers really.

EDIT: Just tested now if it works with a 360 Controller and works with both 360 controller + Wii U Pro controller simultaneously. It does!
The 360 controller's buttons work like how they are displayed, and so does the Wii U Pro controller.
I even noticed if you plugged in the 360 controller first (So that was player 1) then you connect the Pro controller, the player 2 LED lights up on the pro controller.
Very neat piece of kit!

Awesome! Cant wait to get mine.

Cyryus I think we need to wait a lil bit longer. Maybe by the end of the week or next week. He live in UK, we live in US and the adapter comes from China.

Excellent news! Mine should be here today or tomorrow. I can't wait to have it work w/o finiggling around with different drivers and stuff. Have you tired Direct Input mode yet and if so, does it show up like a normal PC Controller like something from Logitech??

Thanks!

Just tested now.
Not really so savvy when it comes to game controllers, I've only used a 360 controller and that just seems to work on a lot of PC games immeadiately.
When I go to Dinput mode, nothing shows up on my computer about it... I notice its now detected by Xpadder so, so you can make your own profiles and things I presume.
Just noticed when I closed Xpadder without saving, it called the controller something like "Mayflash Wii U Controller adapter".
Not sure if that answers your question or not, tell me if it doesnt.

Alright guys, I got my adapter yesterday and played with it for quite a while last night. Here are my impressions:

1 - First off, it comes with the adapter itself and a mini-CD with the drivers on it or you can download them from Mayflash's website. Installation takes only a few moments and then you are ready to sync.

2 - Hit the sync button on your Wii U Pro Controller of choice and hit the sync button on the adapter and the Player 1 light on the controller will stay light.

3 - Every single button works flawlessly including the home button (see below) and the power button (if held down for 2 secs, it will turn the controller off!) and to wake the controller back up, hit any button and its ready to go again :)

4 - The adapter has a switch on it which allows you to make the PC see it as two different types of controllers: Xinput and Direct

A - The xinput setting tricks the computer making it see the controller as a 360 controller so it seems like most games will immediately switch the controller layout to a 360 flawlessly. Every single button works including the Home button like for an example: On a GFWL game it will bring up the Xbox Live Menu or if you are on Steam, it will switch it over to Big Screen Mode. But be warned, the layout on the controller matches the button letters on a 360 controller. So the A button on the Wii U is the A button on the 360 controller, which if you know anything about each controller, they are in different spots. It happens to work out just fine bc X/A on a 360 controller is near the right joystick and on the Wii U Pro X/A even though in different positions, happens to be right next the joystick as well so it works just fine. Also, you can be using xinput and also be using a 360 controller for the another player and both work perfect (and the player # lights match up correctly)!

B - Direct mode works completely different. When switch to this setting Windows will see the Wii U Pro as a generic controller like something from Logitech or MadCatz. If you go to your Device Manager you can see the controller (labeled under Mayflash Adapter) and it is fully functional but now all the buttons are labeled as Button 1, 2, 3 ect. So anways, With this setting turned on, and once a game is launched, none of the keybinds are bound to the controller so you must use the keyboard and mouse and go to options and set each keybind in game to a button of your choice. I tried this on Skyrim, Tomb Raider, & LEGO Lord of the Rings and it worked but its not as convenient, but it would allow you to modify the controls unlike if you were using a 360 controller. Also apparently, using direct mode would allow you to connect up to 4 Wii U Pro controllers using one adapter but I haven't tried this yet.

So what do I think of it? Its absolutely perfect. Installation is super simple and even faster. Turning the controller on and off works perfect and after playing around for about 2 hours with Tomb Raider, Skyrim, LEGO LotR, and Batman Arkham City, I truly had no problems with it at all with the exception of getting use to a slightly different controller layout. It works exactly as advertise! I personally think Xinput mode is the way to go if you want to make it fast and simple but direct mode is also great if you are into binding your own button layout to your liking.

For around $20, I totally recommend this adapter if you love the Wii U Pro Controller like I do! Ask away if you have any questions! :)

How did you get this working? I have a cfw ps3 if that matters. And could you end up doing something similar with an xbox 360 wireless receiver?
I am guessing he paired the controller to the adapter on pc and plugged it into the ps3 afterwards. Or he just plugged it into the ps3 and pressed the sync button on the adapter

Does rumble work?

When used on a PS3, what is the button mapping?

If the rumble works on PC, and the button mapping is correct on PS3 (ie, A = Circle, B = X, X = Triangle, and Y = Square) then I think I'll buy one of these!

Jesus that is a horrible mapping. I really hope you can change that because I just ordered mine.
