3D. Online. Veteran developers from SimCity 2000 & SimCity 4. Curved roads. Finite resources. PC only. 2013.

SimCity is coming back home to PC in 2013. Details are scarce, but the announce trailer can be viewed above.

    Definitely an upgrade from

Which I played when I was 10 years old. (I STILL DO WITH DOSBOX  )

Take my money Maxis. Sim City is so much fun not to pass up.

    lol "Erect"

Sorry, no one else made that joke yet.

ON TOPIC: I loved Sim City 4, how you were able to crash into everything with a car you hijacked. :D

Anyone else remember all the spinoff games they made? SimSafari, SimTower, SimCopter, etc. My favorite of the spinoffs was Streets of SimCity!

Anyway, I'm looking forward to this revival, if only because simulation games are on the decline. Also nostalgia.

I think that's appropriate that you did think long and hard given your staff position ...
    Sorry. :P

I have fond memories of playing the SNES version of this game. That theme music was so catchy. :)

Wow, it looks terrific. Tried out Simcity 4 a few days ago and really liked it. This looks like a cross between Anno and Simcity, so I'm definitely looking forward to this!

Damn, I loved playing the game on SNES back then.. Hm, I think I still got Sim City 3000 on some CD, time to look for it.
