Hacking Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Screen Switching?

Hello there! I'm using an M3DS Real flashcart and wanted to play the first Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games game for the NDS. I'm using a N3DSXL and in order to use the flashcart I use NTR Launcher.

Now I have the following problem: I wanted to play the game but the top and bottom screens keep switching at quite a fast pace and it's very annoying. No matter how I hold my 3DS the screens keep switching mid-game.

So I was wondering what could cause this. Any ideas? Thank you in advance!
