Hacking Mario and Luigi RPG 3 (Japan) Protection Check Bypass!

This game seems to have the same kind of anti-piracy measure as Chrono Tirgger. Why not try using the Chrono Trigger Anti-Piracy Fix Code? Hey worth a shot.

*Note: I am using an R4DS(Original) with the Kernel 1.18 (Original)

Here are the problems for me when using the so called "Anti-Piracy Patch Code"
When I am at the tittle Screen, I have two options. When I choose the Top Option I am able to choose one of two Save Files (Both Empty of course) When choosing any of them and selecting the "Start Game" Option (I think it was the Right Option) both Screens go black and the game crashes. But for some strange reason, when I press L+R+A+B+X+Y I can still return to the R4DS Menu.

However; when I select the bottom option the game crashes on white screens and I am UNABLE TO USE THE RETURN TO R4DS MENU.

Other people on this thread have climbed to have made it to the first Bowser battle and it crashes at points.
I think this game will need to have the same long measure thingy as Chrono Trigger Needed.

-Because of this, I think it may be a good one to two weeks untill the code Fully fixes the game.
Stay patient and play another game in the meantime, I am currently playing Monster Racer.

Just remember:

YOU NEED TO CREATE A NEW SAVE FILE, OTHERWISE YOU STILL DON'T HAVE EXTRA BATTLE OPTIONS


I just hope there is no more piracy checks!

r4 + yasumenu = can boot no white/black but i am in bowser stoumach
DSTT = can battle no freeze but i am in bowser stoumach
ak2i + akaio = i already got the hammer and special attack block

if possible list out what are the flash cards that works

Still crashes for me at the first battle wih the new code????? 'letsa go' crash

It's like the cheat code isn't activating for me, though i cannot see what I'm doing wrong, I can see the code and check it and save it in the y's menu.. putting in the code seems like childs play, but somehow it's not working.

Here's my ammended usrcheat.dat could someone check it for me ?

Ok folks! I updated the code in the first post! It should now work and bypass all the piracy checks including the battle freeze!

I am now Tring the Chrono Tirgger DS Code...FAILED.
Now I am going to try the Real Time Code Thingey...FAILED.

That is IT! Forget this game! Nintendo wins! I'm going to play another game THAT WORKS!
(But if a code/patch comes out that WORKS then that would be cool.)

and i was able to battle in bowser's stoumach
