the rom for this game isn't working on my M3 simply. Once i select a file to start on the screen just goes black and nothing happens. Can someone help me?

There's no fix for the M3 Simply and there's an incredibly high chance there won't ever be one. If you want BIS you need to either upgrade to a new flashcart with a support team, use an emulator or buy the original.
