sdless means you load from ctrnand when it can't find the one on the sdcard.

suggest deleting configuration file. then you will see what version of luma you actually have.

hold select when booting to look at the configuration menu. that will tell you what version of luma you are running.

if you are running from nand, then you need to replace the nand version and updater won't do that.

need fbi for that.

does it say 7.01 on the configuration menu for luma?
Yes. Now what I did was this. I copied the arm9loaderhax.bin to my ctrnand and tried holding select on boot without sd card and it just boots to sysnand. It loads a cfw with firm protection, but does not load luma. It did this before I moved the arm9.bin to ctrnand anyways.

Just updated to the latest from 3dsguide. Sooooooo I removed my sd card and kept it out and just loaded luma again making sure that luma was update and a ds game booted fine... So it has to be the way that I am booting luma...
Edit- nope, they refuse to load with my sd card inserted.

So everything works without sd card?
Have you tried a different sdcard?

If a different sdcard works then I suggest you re-format your non function card and try again

N3DS XL A9LH 11.4 on the latest luma 7.0.1 nightly. As soon as I restore a 11.3 backup they work fine. I do use a custom path for luma. So I probably should try changing that next..
It's very possible that custom path support was broken as IIRC the reboot patch is different on 11.4. Try it with Luma as arm9loaderhax.bin to see if that's the issue.

Welll I have no idea why, and I fixed it... But if my sd card was inserted at all the dsi games would not boot. They would freeze if it was inserted after starting them sooo idk what was up with that. I formatted my sd card after backing it up and set it all up again and they work. My sd card was messed up or something..

Good stuff! SD are funny... they also become corrupted and fail... if it comes to do anything critical in the future with upgrades from the sd, you may want to consider not using that sd to do the job.

Since Luma 7.0, after using ctr-httpwn, whenever I use Nintendo Badge Arcade, the 3DS hard-crashes at Nintendo Network's sign in screen, with a bit of the "loading" sound stuck in a loop.
I dunno if it's a problem with ctr-httpwn or Luma.
My N3DS XL is still on 11.3, and New 3DS CPU is off.

Can confirm this happens to me as well. JP New 3DS, 11.3, a9lh+Luma 7.0.1.

Someone said:
Homebrew Launcher work with O3ds also as long as you get 11.2 payload and rename to OLD 11.4

So, i just need to go there http://smealum.github.io/3ds/ and get 11.2.0.35E otherapp.bin ?

t9Qtuyr.png

But, stop me if i'm mistaken, the guide tell to rename to otherapp.bin.
I'm somehow lost

What guide are you talking about? The method you're referring to is for using the hbl.cia as an entrypoint on 11.4. Download that (Old 11.2 E) otherapp payload and rename it OLD-11-4-0-37-EUR.bin, and put it in your hblauncherloader folder, and you'll be able to access the HBL via the cia on an 11.4 O3DS.

i found a fix for this forever loading problem after using ctr-httpwn.

after you activated ctr-httpwn, open up eshop first, it will sign in your NNID successfully. after that close eshop and open badge arcade. this solved my forever loading sign-in problem.
