Hacking Loose\missing glue

The upper left side of my cart looks like it's missing some glue that holds the cart together. Is this normal? Will it get worse?

the only glued part should be the sticker.

And even that's easy to take off with a sharp boxcutter knife. The cart is held together with three(four?) screws, all under the sticker.
