Looking for the artists of a few songs

I can't seem to find the artists of two songs I have downloaded into my collection... Here they are:

1. Forever, from the Night Wizard! -Warlock War- The Peace Plan to Save the World soundtrack.
2. Under the Blue Stars, from the Night Wizard! -Warlock War- The Peace Plan to Save the World soundtrack.

This game is quite obscure, so much that I can't find any information about it and there aren't any videos of it on Youtube. I only know it's a game because these two songs come from a crappy video game soundtrack download site.

Can anyone help me find the artists of these two songs?
