Need some help guys...

I am unable to get New Super Mario Bros NDS USA eShop WiiU Loadiine READY2PLAY (from the Dark site) to load in GX2 .02.
I've added a meta folder and icontex.tga and 3d cover and it doesnt show up at all in GX2.
What am I missing?
I've done the same with other SNES and N64 games just fine.
Has anyone have success with eshop NDS games on the Wiiu via GX2 .02 ?

Ive attached the file structure the file game with.
I added a meta and icontex.tga to that structure

Last edited by karloz25,
I have a 128GB sd card that has worked with loadiine, GX 0.1, or an early build of 0.2. I tried this 0.2 (as well as homebrew launcher) on the same card, but they only spit out "SD mount failed." The directory structure is there as it's supposed to be, so it has got me stumped. I copied the bare essentials to a different 2GB card, and both GX2 and homebrew launcher then load just fine. Is it a size issue? That's all I can think of as a difference between the cards.
Can the Wii U even recognize the SD? Open Mii Maker and try to save a Mii as a photo.

did you add a 6 digit title id to it?

I thought I did, but it turns out I was using 5 digits. :( [NDS01]
LOL, its figured out now [NDS001]... thank you.

@dibas I just noticed that padcon does NOT work outside of Loadiine if using the HBL Version you posted. Within Loadiine it works perfectly. If I close Loadiine with the Home button, I get back to HBL and from there it stops working unless I start up Loadiine again. Could you take a look at that??

There is a workaround, launch any game then exit.

All patched methods are restored. The method need be patched seperate to be permanent

Hey guys,

thanks for all the feedback!

@dibas
You might be already aware of that, but I noticed padcon doesn't seem to work with VC games. Pressing the right analog stick down will just make the led flash blue. The screen stays on. I tried on 3 different N64 games. Can't say anything about other VCs. Nevertheless, still awesome for native Wii U games. Thanks again for the great hack.

I currently don't have any N64 VC games, so I can only speak for my SNES and NDS VC games, padcon does work with them. (funnily enough, even the touchscreen receives input while the display is off in NDS games, seems to be possible in a lot of games, apparently) I might take a look at what the problem with N64 VC games is when I have got time.

That should be fixed with the newest commit I just pushed to github. You can find the full release here. Installation as usual. Only the .elf changed, but I still included everything for people who might need it.

The padcon causes SMB3DW to not boot but it is working when I use the normal GX2 v0.2

I just tested SM3DW and everything seems to work finely here. Maybe there's a different problem on your end?

Hey guys:creep:, I updated my WiiU Exploit-Site wiiu.rapidraid.de. It is now easier to use and has all (to my knowledge) versions of GX2.
I'll write the 'how to use-'/Infopage later.
If you (@Cyan) want, you can add it to the front page.
If there are any problems or suggestions, please tell me

I suggest adding homebrew launcher v1.1 payload too ;)

Instead of launching GX0.2 SD version directly, let people launch it from HBL too. that's just a choice they have. that's the same elf on the SD card, but maybe some users prefer using the launcher to run ftpii first (to update loadiine for example) then run loadiine without reloading the exploit.
You can put the "info button" on the bottom, and the HBL button at the current info location.
well, that's just an idea.

I waited 3 months for a 5.3 exploit, is there a chance for one now?
5.3.0 ?
sometime the exploits are working on different wiiu version because the addresses are the same.
But I suppose you tried and it doesn't work.
I thought user and kernel exploit worked on 5.3.2 and lower. Maybe loadiine doesn't have the correct addresses for 5.3.0 yet. Users who knows how to get these addresses could help. it's not easy and not at end users reach.

Just got this set up on my 5.3.2 white(bleh) Basic Wiiu and I love it! What's the best way to currently dump the games I already own? And what's the current best way to manage your games and updates? I have uwizard and it seems to work alright so far but I'm a little confused as to its game updates feature and such, and it only shows my WUDs. Was hoping for something more like the wbfs managers of old, but the scene here is still growing.

JNUSTool is nice to get updates.
Latest version is downloading in different folders, in preparation for next loadiine which will be compatible with individual update folders instead of merged within the clean dump. (but you can still merge the folders for space concern)

the current best way to dump your own game is using dimok's dumper, and loadiine xml dumper.
