Hard to say...

I know there are lists here and here (second and third post). And you'll find a couple nice ones just scattered around (e.g. wiimc (thankx, tristar

) and xflak's priiloader forwarder).

However...at least the forwarders from the 2 lists used to not work in USB loader GX. I've heard things changed, but I can't say whether that means the same forwarders now work in a more recent version of GX, that they have to be remade or tweaked or whatever (I don't use GX anymore).

EDIT: probably worth mentioning: to create your own forwarder iso's, you can use 3iso studio (link in second list). For wiiware and vc, you can check out tristar's wad2iso thread.
