Hacking Launching Gateway without Wifi Connection

Hello
I have just downgraded to 4.5 from 6.2 because i was told that doing that would mean I could launch gateway without an internet connection. What should I do now? If anyone can link me to any guides that would be great.

Install the exploit from your blue card.
Then go to settings and enter DS Profile settings.

You need to run a .nds file containing the Gateway exploit on the Blue Card, then you need to go into the DS Settings in your Settings channel. It should run the exploit.
