Hardware language of japanesse 3ds

am so sorry if somebody wirte about this, or if there are another answer in another threat, but I Want To Know if the japanesse 3ds its comes only in japanesse or it has multilanguage just like American and European Version and if is possible change the region firmware.

Japanese 3DS only has Japanese, no language option at all.

And no, you cannot change region.
