Intro
L4T Ubuntu is a version of Linux based on nvidia's linux for tegra project. It uses a different kernel compared to previous releases which allows it to use features not yet in mainline. Such as audio, docking support and vulkan.

You should be fine with leaving it in the dock when starting setup, the reason i say not to do that is because it can mess with touch

There is an on screen keyboard, or you can put in dock but could be various issues with touch

Could you point me in the right direction towards dual booting? Or is it just booting this Linux distro with hakete and then booting regular horizon cfw?

if the developers spend more time with it, we are be possible to has an fully mobile SO, to run produtivity apps, web browser, develop, download files, play games, emulate games and a lot of things, same things that we do on our computers...
ubuntu is the most user-friendly Linux, praying here to it never stop to evolve(with gnome3)

You can already run a lot of productivity apps, games, etc. Hell, for laughs, I was running RuneScape on it.

When I put the SD card into my Pc it just shows a 450MB Medium with the boot file and a boot and bootloader folder in it.

From the videos I've played (docked), it runs well, amd the picture looks great! You could likely back up your card, flash the image, resize the fat 32 partition to suit your needs, amd leave some space to resize the ext4 partition once you're done with the initial setup. Horizon only looks for the first fat32/exfat partition, afaik.



The touchscreen works fairly well.

Well yeah the touchscreen works fine but many elements are too small to be used with a finger.

you either use an ext4 driver like paragon or ext2fsd or put the files in the fat32 partition

no, you would need to use some partition manager on pc such as gparted

Read a bit earlier, you can already dual boot luckily!

Still doesn't appear, but if I hold down on a field, an empty white box appears. Should I try a re-flash?
