Hey guys,

not sure what is up with this. I have a Kingston 4GB SDHC Class 6 card that I have formatted in both FAT and FAT32. I am running Wii system menu 4.0 and the latest HBC (1.01). The card works perfectly when I click the SD card logo on the system menu and the channels appear and everything. Then if I load the HBC or a USB Loader channel (reading dol from SD card), nothing works.

Help? Do I need cIOS rev10?

Thanks!

Yeah, I have one Kingston 8GB SDHC card that doesn't work with HBC and an A-Data 8GB SDHC that does work. Some SDHC cards are incompatible with HBC.

There has to be more people who are having issues with this card via homebrew (works fine on system menu 4.0!)

I have the exact same problem with my 8GB Class 4 Kingston SDHC card. Works in Wii menus but not for HBC or Wad Manager 1.3 (the one that is supposed to support SDHC).

Thanks! I'll give it a try. Although if this is a dol file I won't be able to run it since my card won't work in HBC. Would have to be a WAD. Can't download from mediafire at work.

I am having this same problem as well- my SDHC card is a Kingston 4 gig (I believe class 4) and none of the homebrew apps will recognize it- even homebrew channel.
I am on Wii menu 4.0 (updated after installing HBC) and everything else works great including wad manager and HBC when I am using a standard SD card.
The SDHC card is recognized by the Wii and is able to use it for Wiiware downloading from Wiishop and loading said wiiware, but on the homebrew side, the card seems unsupported.

Any help??

I have the exact same card (4gb/class4 Kingston) and it is not recognized by any homebrew and is only recognized sometimes by the system menu. It is formated in FAT32.
I just upgraded my soft modded 3.2 wii to 4.0 today by following a tutorial found on this site. Guess I should have known better and bought a Sandisk.

edit: My 256mb kingston sd card still works with homebrew. And HBC just updated to the most recent version today.
