Delete account to undo account - but still potentially have some of its heritage (savegames signed with keys) on the system.
The backup thing youre so desperately looking for is part of hekate, and the first step before modding a switch. Buy a 32gb SDcard just for that (format to exfat (hekate has exfat drivers, it will always work, regardless of firmware)).
Out of curiosity, what do you need restore in Kefir for? To memorize and go back to a better time? Not to have to read the four pages of this thread that tell you to backup savegames separately? For when you are bored?
Here is the thing - if any of the restore 'wishes' have to do with 'not getting banned' -- its simply hard to know where Nintendo stores and read information from that makes you ban-able. With an account thats on 100s of systems, and it creating savegames - chances are - that it might create something that potentially could be caught by Nintendo. That doesnt just go for this case - that goes for any case of installing a nsp, or altering your system storage in any non official way. If you have done that - the only way to get back online, and not be banned is to restore a clean backup of the entire system (nand).
So why do double that?
Logic goes as follows. You only need this feature of Kefir, if you cant go online (f.e. because you installed pirated content). It tains your system (account on 100s of other devices). If you want to reverse it - you'd still have a tainted system. If you could reverse it , you'd still have a tainted system (nsps of games installed, probably). So what the heck are you asking for?
All your worries get solved, by having a backup of your clean NAND - which you obviously havent. So what do you want to achieve - that we can already tell you that you cant? And would know about, if you had read the install guides. And this thread.
Your question is announcing 'I don't know what this is, I'm doing, or that I should read a four page thread, before asking questions' in about 10 ways.
The best I can give you is a 'millennial badge of honor' for expecting an undo function in everything tech related. But sometimes - you know - you have to have backups. Before you do a thing. And to have them - you might have to read a thing. Ngh.
If you want to 'undo' because you lost save games - tough luck also, the information on how to backup those - is in this thread already (Checkpoint - and then a little more in depth information needed to restore them, so read that as well).
