Hi everyone, i messed up something installing an update for atmosphere, and i had to reinstall everything from scratch. After the new installation i thought to update also DBI installer following the official guide but the process didn't go well.

0) I created a new account (here is main problem i think, because i forgot the old user and pass)
1) downloaded the package
2) downloaded the new config files,
3) edited the config and moved inside the folder on the sd card.

Unfortunately the process didn't work, so i decided to add the account manually, but when i try to add the new USer and Pass i receive the messagee "Error this console is already connected" And i don't know how to proceed because there's no "Not UltraNX" menu.
Can someone help ?

I couldnt install Metroid Prime 4 through dbi tried 5 times, I used Awooinstaller + NS-USBLoader instead and they worked fine.

What version of DBI did you use?
Can't speak for the other guy, but I used DBI 658-en on fw 20.1.1 and couldn't install Metroid Prime 4 either. At the end of the process it claims "No tickets are found but are required". Got screenshots in a thread I posted to ask about this:

On other sides I'm hearing different stories about what to do. I honestly don't want to start converting and messing with my files, but I'd rather also avoid the need for needing multiple installers. I don't know if this is some new emerging format that screws the older version of DBI up. So far I've only encountered this problem with Metroid Prime 4 XCI and a DLC NSP for Pokemon Legends Z-A.

"No tickets are found but are required".
This message printed out in only one case: nca header has non zero rights_id and there are no tickets in the install package.

Use awoo installer - it does not check any errors/data and installs all as is.

Does that mean the files are bad or incomplete despite NxFileViewer saying they're good? Or are XCIs and NSPs with this an actual format (nca header has non zero rights_id and there are no tickets in the install package)? I normally consider awoo an undesirable option because it doesn't check any errors.

From screenshot I can see that nca signatures are correct. That means that these files are valid from eShop and not converted from xci. Nca from eShop always has non zero rightsid and requires tickets.

OK. Can confirm that dlc nsp without tickets is incomplete because I found a correct one with exact the same NCA but with tickets. It is installed and works without any issues.

That's good to know. Is this the same for the Metroid Prime 4 XCI? With the DLC file it was easy to spot that something (the ticket) was missing, but I can't spot the same thing in this XCI so quickly - I don't know what to look for.

What I see here is that practically everything appears present. Under Update there are way too many items to make a screenshot of, but when I manually checked them each of their sections had content. The file is original according to NxFileViewer's check. Can you tell by the look of this what's wrong here? Because this XCI also gave me the "No tickets found" error when trying to install.
